He will show how recreational athletes can also reach their goals faster with smart training design – whether the focus is on building strength, improving endurance, or simply achieving a fitter lifestyle.
A key focus will be on training management: How do you apply the right stimulus without overloading the body? How do you recognize progress, and when is it time to adjust your training?
Chris will also dive into the often underestimated role of recovery – from active regeneration to sleep and mental balance – and explain why these building blocks are just as important as training itself.
The talk will be rounded off with practical nutrition tips that can easily be integrated into everyday life, boosting both performance in training and overall well-being.
