The Speed Session

Run Your City – The Speed Session is an explosive running event in the heart of Rotterdam where you’ll train your speed, measure your speed, and feel your speed!

Our Dutch top sprinter Liemarvin Bonevacia will show you what speed really means. Our DJ will help you push just a little bit harder. And you? You’ll sprint full throttle through a speed meter, with your live speed score displayed!

Of course, it all starts with a fun warm-up run through a beautiful part of Rotterdam. Afterward, wind down like a sprinter at our friends from De Gele Kanarie.

Beginners, sprinters, marathoners – this evening is all about challenging yourself in ahigh-energy atmosphere. You’ll receive an exclusive RUN YOUR CITY x PUMA shirt, and we encourage you to stick around after the run for some drinks and good music.

What to expect:

• Latest issue of Runners World on site.

Only 100 spots available – so be quick to sign up!
You might know this Rotterdam café from the Rotterdam Marathon – one of the most atmospheric and cheerful spots along the course.

A beer – oras they call it in Rotterdam, a Gele Kanarie – will of course be waiting for you after RUN YOUR CITY. They brew it themselves at De Gele Kanarie. Prefer something else? Other drinks are available too. Still got some energy after the run? Then hit the dance floor,  it’s Rotterdam after all.
