Running Stories – How We Talk Ourselves to the Finish Line

During a (half) marathon, it’s not only the body that runs – countless thoughts and stories run along too. What do I tell myself when it gets tough? How can I use my inner voice not to slow down, but to grow stronger?

In her talk, Sandra Mastropietro – Spiegel bestselling author, ultrarunner and mental coach – shows how storytelling can turn doubt into confidence, nervousness into calm, and crises into strength. After mastering extreme stage races, she now supports athletes and companies with mental strength and storytelling.

What to expect:

• Latest issue of Runners World on site.

As a speaker, she combines inspiration, storytelling and hands-on tools that can be applied directly – whether in sports, at work, or in everyday life. With practical methods from mental training and narrative practice, she provides participants with immediate mental support for the marathon.

After the workshop, we’ll head out together for a relaxed 6-8km Shake Out Run to test the latest Nitro™ running shoes. We’ll wrap up the afternoon with a relaxed cool-down and Snacks & Drinks.

Become part of the Run Your City community and experience an unforgettable evening with PUMA. We look forward to seeing you!
