If you want to perform well in running, you need to provide your body with a targeted supply of energy. In this workshop, Patrick Koller, sports scientist and strength & conditioning coach, shows how fat and carbohydrate metabolism work and what role they play in training and competition.
Using practical examples, he explains how (marathon) runners eat, what is important during preparation and how nutritional supplements can be used in a targeted manner. A compact nutrition special for all those who want to support their performance with scientific know-how.
The first 100 participants in theworkshop can look forward to an exclusive PUMA Run Your City event shirt and aMunich patch. After the workshop, everyone will go for a run together to testout the latest Nitro™ running shoes. We run together with the RS Munich and take part in their 6-8km run invarious pace groups. Interval running & bodyweight training (60–90 min) Open to all runners – you should be comfortable running 5:30–6:00 min/km for warm-up & cool-down.
